You'd think they would've closed that section of the school library after the zombie incident.

REVIEW: [ZABF10] Highway to Well

Ah, this was a fun one. This made for an interesting modern counterpoint to "Weekend at Burnsie's," showing how much the attitude around pot has changed. Loved the contrast between the clean, modern Well + Good store and the nostalgic shadiness of Homer's legal backroom dealings. We got Homer and M...

Every superhero deserves a good movie. Not every superhero gets one.

Edit: Something I forgot to mention:

REVIEW: [ZABF11] Better Off Ned

Now this is how you recycle a plot. Yes, they essentially mashed together "Brother From the Same Planet" and Bart's plot from the movie, but the results show that's not really a bad thing. This was really good. Bart got in a terrifically extreme prank, Ned's mentoring was great (loved the little de...

It's The Easter Esquilax, Charlie Brown!

And Cattywoman is a great idea. (I also feel the need to point out that there is a precedent for twin sisters using the same costumed identity.)

The question is, does she know Bart can read her thoughts?

REVIEW: [ZABF09] Screenless

This was a fun one. After last week's epic saga, this was a nice down-to-earth chaser. The stuff with Maggie made for a cute opener, and the family (sans Marge) adapting to a tech-free life was really good. The rehab place actually undoing all their progress was some nice irony and Homer's speech w...

Re: REVIEW: [ZABF08] Bart the Bad Guy

more of everyone fawning over Lisa (guess now we've had them die horribly to her lack of giving a crap, they can go back to worshipping her), Bart acting like a sociopath. You seem to be disregarding the context in regards to the first point (assuming you're talking about the dance), and with the s...

REVIEW: [ZABF08] Bart the Bad Guy

That was... marvelous. This was a really fun episode. Bart was in gloriously chaotic neutral form here, with his wanton use and abuse of his spoiler powers. The climax was great, showing that with the right push, Bart will always (eventually) do the right thing. The MCU spoof had some great designs...

REVIEW: [ZABF07] Frinkcoin

That was all right. The plot was a fairly basic "being wealthy means no real friends" premise, but the budding friendship between Frink and Lisa was actually pretty cute, particularly with Lisa being aware of the status quo's love of yanking her chain. Not quite the unexpectedly good chemistry of M...

REVIEW: [ZABF06] The Miseducation of Lisa Simpson

Quite the fun one, this. The structure reminded me a lot of "Girl's in the Band," starting with an unexpected focus on a minor character (who'd've thunk Captain McAllister had so much backstory?), then switching to a Lisa plot. And Lisa actually had a decent reason for her crusading in this episode...
