Site now serves over https

Barring one or two hardcoded thingies the site is now serving over https. This is more secure, though at the moment that security is a little weak and I'm working on a better implementation.

Just had a quick look in the logs. I see the error, not sure what would be causing it though. What happens if you visit http://simpworks.com/forums/ucp.php?i=profile instead?

Welp, all that's working again now. I've dumped the shell provider I was using and I've put one of my raspbery pis to use as a little mini IRC server. It might end up being a bit laggy as I don't know how reliable the connection is yet. I've also dumped the old irc daemon. It was annoying. Everythin...
