I have seen many deferent types of hairstyle for older Maggie / Lisa. And this is one of the better.
The only thing I notice is the number of eyelashes. Maggie , one year have tree and Lisa / Marge four. So I would expect four.

I newer tried two colored eyeballs. May be a bit difficult in Paint.NET.  But I am sure it can be done. 
What work on grabpics? Well if there are any rules for grabpicing, I have a tendency to break them. So if anyone is going to do it…..

I always find it interesting to se Marge with her hair down. Nice way you have “humanized” her figure. The “standard” Marge works well in the show, but it is always interesting to make her a bit more sophisticated.   

Lisa, as Millhouse looks at her, ten years older. The darker colors at the edges are tunnel vision coursed by rapidly rising blod pressure.
