Lucky Me

My dad and I just bought tickets to a Yes concert in September. It's their 35th anniversary tour, and I can't wait! Dream Theater is the opening act, and they're a good band as well. I just wanted to share the news with you all. Weeee!

Re:I bought it! I [bleep]ing bought it!

Yup, I bought this cd a few years ago. I thought it was pretty good. I had already purchased the other three simpsons cds, and they weren't too good in my opinion. So I was expecting "The Simpsons Sing the Blues" to be the same. But It's definitely better than I had expected. ...And I just noticed t...

League of Extraordinary Something or Others

Well, I've just finished writing the first chappy to a new "experiment" I've been working on. It's a story of mine called "League of Extraordinary Something or Others". (Can you guess where I got the title?) Anyway, it's about none other than Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich, as he and his group of wan...

Re:Next step in evolution - or grotesque aberration?

Naw, sorry. I don't listen to his solo stuff much. I do hear it's very good, though. It's Frusciante, heh. ;D He's one of my favorite guitarist. He's quite good...sorry for going off topic, guys.

Re:Next step in evolution - or grotesque aberration?

I too remember things very similar to what you all have just said. Aout 4 or so years ago, I really started getting into music (since I am only turning 13 in June), rock music in particular. Both my parents are huge fans of all the classic rock bands, which is why I myself am a fan. But anyway, my d...

Hey, welcome back! You did pretty good for your first year there. Keep it up! And about the live journal thing...I'm not opposed to it, I just don't have one. I have a xanga site! (It's like like journal)

Re:My punching bag has been pop by my best friend

All of you have a point, here. The Club is for off-topic discussion, but for off-topic discussions that we actually care about. Not just some topic about a friend busting a punching bag (even if it's a simpsons punching bag). Though I'm sure you could care less about some of the topics I've started....

Re:REVIEW: Fraudcast News

Oh, you know, I just remembered something. Is it just me, or did Willie get away with saying 'sh*t' on national TV? And as the resident Skinner fan of the board, I'd like to say how proud I was of Skinny-boy in the bit he had. 'Bout time something good involving him happened again. :) Yeah, I could...

Hmmm....I'd have to say my vision of the series finale of the Simpsons would just be like an hour long "good-bye" episode, or something.

I don't believe I ever seen "Zero Wing"....

Ah, well. I'm not sure what's wrong with me, but I can't figure out how to beat this stupid game! It's fun, really fun, but hard. At least, I think so. I can find everything up to the casette tape, but then that's it.

Re:REVIEW: Catch 'em If You Can

Wow. Seriously, I think this episode made zero sense. I could understand the whole thing about how Homer and Marge just wanted to have a little alone time together, but really. Would a family actually chase after each other half way around the freaking U.S.? I'm not sure if this was meant to be funn...
