It looks excellent. I love it just as much as I loved the sketch. Well done!

Operation: Bartcrime

Apologies to Queensryche and Matt Groening, and also to photomanipulators whose craft I have maligned so thoroughly. ;)

No critique, please. I know where I need to improve.

You'll notice the background colour is different, too. Just so he can tell what lines belong to what object or something, I guess.

I love this pic! Very well-done and very cute. Please colour!

They're basically substitutes for a mouse. You run a special pen over the tablet and the mouse moves, and touching the pen to the tablet surface simulates a click.

Re: Matias' Simp-Sketch pad

Great stuff, both of them. I love Lisa's shadow in the second, and how happy Bart seems to be in Hell in the first. :D The appearance of Heaven as a conventional city was a nice touch, too.

And Dagdamor, I'm not the one doing the bitching here. ???

Wacom is a brand of graphics tablets. www.wacom.com

And you can definitely do great things with them, they just make the whole process a damn sight easier (just make sure your software is up to scratch). Marco's Lisa the Bookworm was done with the assistance of one.

I don't see what problem you have with that. It's true, artists generally base their work off their own experiences.

Go ahead, tell me what's on your mind.

Re: A saucerful of KANG´s Art

Do you know the story of Scrooge´s gold digger adventures in Klondike by Carl Barks? He told us a story where Scrooge took Goldy to his claim and treats her to work there, because she was stealing gold... I read that one, I've still got it somewhere! Loved how he ended up rigging the gold race in h...

Re: Ginna Vendetti

I love it, and to see sketches like this done completely digitally still amazes me (w00t for modern technology). The expression, while simple, is effective, and I can see from the working lines that the colouring's gonna look great.

May I ask what Wacom model you use?

Re: Matias' Simp-Sketch pad

the reason is because Lisa represent the most sensible and creative side of us, and we all found her to be an outlet to our creative impulses, without leaving out the feeling: this even hints at why there is so much angst in Lisa fanfiction. I wholeheartedly agree. We as artists create what we know...

I LOVE the bath pic, it's so cute. Lisa's expression does a great job of indicating she obviously went through an ordeal earlier. ;) The shading on the pearls is a nice touch, too.

I have NO freakin' clue what this is meant to mean, so I'll comment the only way I know how: you definitely did a good job with the colouring. :)
