Re: Futurama Vol. 5 Coming December 21
^ What Kenneth said. I'm really digging the box art, but I think I'm going to hold off and see what happens after the second half of the production season is released. Also, my wallet doesn't appreciate that price tag.

Re: Happy birthday you lovable idiot.
Wait, since when has Fry shared a birthday with a third of my family? I thought he was born in mid-July. >_>'

Re: Amy's Age; I thought she was 21 or 22 when the show first began? I don't remember where I saw that age, but it always made sense to me because she went to that bar with the gang in the 4th episode (although it's also entirely possible that 1000 years into the future the legal drinking age is no ...

Re: REVIEW: That Darn Katz
Chris essentially summed up my opinion of the episode. Not only were Amy and Nibbler, two of my favorite secondary(?) characters, the focus of the episode, but it addressed two of the show's minor plot holes that have been bothering me: Amy's student status and Nibbler being out as a highly intellig...

Re: REVIEW: The Late Philip J. Fry
I think I need to watch this episode again, because my first impression of the episode wasn't fantastic . Don't get me wrong, I thought it was one of the best episodes of this season, but I'm not sharing the enthusiasm that a lot of other fans seem to have for this episode. The "minor" qui...

Congrats on snagging the job! ^_^
I didn't want to make a whole new thread for this in Simpsons and Futurama Discussions, so I'm just going to leave it here:
I can remember when this episode first aired. Time really does fly by. o_o

Re: Comic-Con stuff
Toynami announce new figures, including Lrr (no Nd-Nd), Morbo and a bunch of plushies for some reason . Also a talking Bender. WANT. Maybe. The Zoidberg plushie looks adorable, but something about the Nibbler plushie, which I've been begging for since practically the premiere of the show, looks off...

Re: REVIEW: Lethal Inspection
Now *this* is more like it! I've been enjoying the season thus far, but this is the first episode of the run that I, personally, feel could have come straight from season 2 or 3 based on quality. The jokes, especially Hermes', were great, the sight gags were plentiful, and the ending was just wonder...

That cake is brilliant. I know what I'm requesting for my next birthday.
And the lego sets are amazing. I'd seen the PE one before, but I completely missed the sewer set.

Re: REVIEWS - Rebirth and In-A-Gadda-Da-Leela
Someone on another forum said that the first episode began weakly and ended strongly, and that the opposite was true of the second episode, and I agree with that assessment. The first episode felt very "scattered" for lack of a better word: Bender's subplot seemed shoehorned into the main...

I'd like to see 2 as well, because I'm in the mood for physical violence humor.

I actually want to see #2. Bender and his devious plots can be quite entertaining.
