Wow, thanks glad you like it. There is more of this on myDA site.
Who knows, maybe the "new untested" Moms oil actually does something.

Re: Sideshow Bob
Time time it takes to draw a key drawing like this depends on many things. I know that all I posted was just a drawing of Bob. What you don't see is the back ground, which I had to set up with perspective, props, other characters etc. Correct proportions between Bob and the objects around him mu...

Re: Rat Rod
's kool. Consider it done. Er, well, actually not done.
I tried inking a copy and it was real cluttered.
Thanks guys, you made my day a bit easier.

Re: Rat Rod
Rat rods are an acquired taste. Interesting takes on Amy. I was figuring the car would be sitting kinda high off the ground so she's have to stretch some to touch the ground. Besides I like feet in that pose. As far as the grin, wonder why she's be nekkid in the back seat...? But try this drawing...

Re: Crone Scribblings
Oh my brain is melting...
I like this set up. Stunning. I had never thought of a male Leela (actually wouldn't a male version be "Leelo"?)

Re: Sideshow Bob
Thanks. Thats kinda what I thought. You show the basic shapes for the action and face work just to let them know what you want. Then let the Koreans finish all the gazillion in between drawings. One more curiosity point, how long does a basic shape drawing take to set up? Probably just a couple...

Re: Rat Rod
Thanks man. Sometimes I feel like a caveman compared to all this digital work. Glad to hear it's still do-able. Yeah, they look like rust buckets but beneath the skin they rock. By the way, did you catch the fluid leaks under the car? Over on the DA site I posted the sketch which lead up to the ...

Rat Rod
Do you guys know what a Rat Rod is? I have a buddy who is really into these things which got me thinking about a version from the year 3009.
A little later today, I'm posting this over on DA with the practice sketch.

Re: number 4
I put this drawing on hole for a bit and went off on a tangent. My drawing board is empty (almost) so I'll go back to this one next.

Re: Sideshow Bob
I have a silly question that's been nagging at me for a while. This drawing is "too clean"? What does a normal "uncleaned" drawing look like when you turn it in?

Itchy: P.W. Hermann. Oh wait, that's wrong. He said (in a whiney voice), just after crashing his bike "I ment to do that..." D.B.: These are both Leelas. The first from the late '70s Dr Who, and the contemporary one. You're lucky I didn't post my first, or even second, attempt at the...

I'm back, baby! (Can't quite place who said that... :D) The move out of the apartment is done (almost). I have two days to kill, and bored. That's not a good combination, don't worry I won't flood you with tons of sketches. But I will throw this doodle out just to give you an idea where the ne...

Re: freebies!
Here goes. I haven't had a chance to talk to MissusPatches about this one but here it is anyway. Oh I hope she doesn't get upset with me for jumping the gun... This is a collaberation, we traded sketches and finished each others drawing. This is my take on her sketch, although hers was too good t...

Re: freebies!
Thanks. But I can't take credit for the idea and layout. This is a collaboration, I just took her pencil sketch and went for it. I'm real curious what she's done with mine. The suspense is killing me. I've cleaned up the final drawing, and the details are clearer. Hopefully that'll take care of...
