Re: Lump
A bronze Amy? This little piece actually stands on it's own. The balance (so far) has been pretty good. I'm pleased. I did use some rods with this. One through each leg to support the weight, and a third to keep the head from flopping. If you look at the back view on her right leg you can see o...
Re: Lump
Thanks, that's really encouraging.
Unfortunately I can't paint this. This is an oil based clay and never dries out. On the plus side because it doesn't dry I have alot of working time. On the minus side because it doesn't dry, once the thing's finished it can be damaged really easily.

Lump
My next little project.
A work in progress, obviously, but I'd like to know what you think before I start jabbering.

Re: Halloween?
Creepy is the word of the day. I just realized there's still a full week before Halloween. Maybe there's a "turn-around-is-fair-play" drawing to come. Humm...

Re: Halloween?
Another Halloween thingie-mo-bobke. I told myself I'd take a few days away from the drawing board, but failed miserabley... This was one of those drawings that just took off on it's own. Originally I was looking for an unusual costume, but then look what happens. So what do you think? Nightmare c...

"Meh" is a good description. I had hoped for more than the three photos that were posted here.

Re: Marge/Playboy
It's out! Those dweebs, couldn't they wait another week or so? I'm miffed. I belong to the "either do it or don't" school of thought. So I was going to do my own centerfold, use the last issue as the generic pose substituting Marge for the model. Easy. But they're quicker than I thoug...

Re: Halloween?
Man, you guys are sharp! Charcoal (vine and pencil, white charcoal) on buff paper. See the ragged edges? Folded and torn. This is a first for me, up to now everything I've done has been on 8 1/2 x 11 paper (that's the size of my scanner). But this one is 11 1/2 x 15 (29 x 38cm) and shot with my ...

Re: Marge/Playboy
Out there in the ether-world of the "intre-net" are a gazillion nude pictures of Marge (and Leela and Amy). What I find amazing is that Marge is going so mainstream. Who'd of ever thought that a cartoon character would gain enough status and recognization to be a centerfold? (Dare I say ...

This is probably old news, if so, sorry. I'm usually behind the curve.
But I think they're serious.
