Re: Should The Simpsons have a spin off featuring older characters?
No, but I myself was a box of pocky in my last life. Guess you could call that an item?DeadRichmond wrote: History? What on Earth are you talking about? Are you saying Jake and Chris where an item once?
Sadly, no one ever bought me, and I became old and stale.

Re: NHC-Corrupt?
I put in the question mark at the last minute in order to not sound accusatory. With its large amount of users and Jean-Friendly Adminship, is the NHC really an impartial message board? It does seem to be mostly Fox-Friendly, but how far does that friendship go? Or to put it another way, can we be ...

Re: Things get smaller shock
Crucially, the iDisk Diamond has a tiny loop on which to attach a wrist or neck lanyard - or, even, Solid Alliance suggests, an earring hook. Heaven knows, it's going to be hard not to lose the things otherwise... Clearly, no one involved in the making of this has ever lost an earring. Those things...

Re: Chat and mIRC
Wow, I can't use the chat on this site anymore. Ridiculously slow. I mean, I'll try again next time I see a chat happening, but...
I don't suppose there's anyway I could access #sfwc on...the main server, I think it's called? The one I usually use is irc.lunarnet.org, if that helps.

Re: Chat and mIRC
It doesn't connect to any of the SFWC servers. "Cannot connect" and all that.
Well, since that'd disconnect me from CFUD chat, then I guess use the one on the site, although my school connection makes typing a bit slow on this server.

Chat and mIRC
All right. So, about a fortnight ago I downloaded mIRC for another chat, and now I enjoy it greatly. It also works better than the applet with my computer, because the Earlham internet connection hates me. I was wondering, does anyone know if and how I can connect to chat using mIRC? I tried to add ...

Re: A grave injustice
I do wonder what their criteria for "greatest book" was. Or why even bother making a "Top [Number]" list for something so subjective as books. And the word "great." What exactly do they mean by "greatest book"? Greatest impact on its readers? Greatest read? Gr...

Re: Favorite commercial.
You Swedes are odd. :D I haven't watched television since...well, actually, since home, I think (so that'd be August), but...there's this Japanese commercial I saw on a tape my high school Japanese teacher, Sensei, brought in for us to watch once. It was a commercial for a milk company, I think, and...

Re: Bizzare test
Yeah, the colour test's fun. As for zodiac signs, they're often oddly good at personalities, which makes me wonder if there's something about the season of something that affects personality. I remember reading in a medical text once stated that a disproportionate number of schizophrenics are born i...

Re: Sulu comes out
Wow, he's been together with his partner for 18 years and stayed closeted? I can't even imagine that. I can't imagine not being able to hold Lauren's hand in public, much less being closeted for that long. Jesus. Wow. Congratulations to you, Mr. Takei, on finally coming out. :D [Makes the Vulcan sign]
