Re: So it's come to this...
Now that's an impressive perspective (and I don't say that because of the sight, but from a technical point of view
). I'm certainly not an expert when it comes to this, but the proportions seem to work very well - nice work!

Re: Season 10 dvd
Well, most likely, the S10 DVDs won't get released before christmas or so here in Germany, so unfortunately I can't have a look right now - any chance that you could post your artwork here?

Re: Vanity Fair's Top Ten
I'm with fellranger here, it's somewhat of a mixed bag indeed. Not that the episodes would be a bad choice (and I liked "The President Wore Pearls" a lot!), but I can think of quite a few episodes that were even funnier (they claim that it's a list of the funniest episodes...). "Duffl...

Re: Groening wiki
Wikipedia has an amazing ability to suck the enjoyment out of anything it does an article on. Their articles on The Venture Brothers read like an economics thesis. Well, it's supposed to be an encyclopedia after all. The enjoyment about a certain topic should be reserved to fansites and the like. ;)

Well, it's not that accurate (why don't they have any glasses?), but here I am.

Re: Yet Another New Forum Theme!
Blue is my favorite color, so I like the new theme. :) I don't know if it's only my PC, but the background color of the GFWC logo is #A4C3FF, so the background color of the header is slightly off (#ACC9FF). The custom member rank icons seem to be missing as well, I see only the default stars. But ot...

Re: Pat draws?
I looked for the number of Saturn's moons and so far it seems to be 33, but that's only two minutes of Google talking. There's at least one astronomer here so hopefully we'll know soon. *Edited to change 'astromoner' to 'astronomer'. Reporting for duty, Sir*! ;) At the moment, Saturn has 48 confirm...

Re: Competition Winners!
Congratulations to all winners, and props to everyone who created a picture for this contest! I'm not that interested in Futurama fanart for some reason (although I really like the show), but I've seen some amazing pics. Unfortunately, I can't comment on every entry, but I was most amazed by Beb's w...

Re: Fantasy that doesn't suck
+Michael Ende, "The Neverending Story": if you've seen the film, you should still read this. It's for kids/young adults. You should still read this. Ohh, you should read this, esp. if you saw the movie, and thought it was "nice". For its time, it was pretty impressive, technical...

Re: Changes ahoy!
I haven't been very active here in the past few weeks, and I must admit that the forums got a tad boring with mainly new YouTube links and the like, but I just wanted to say I like the way you restructured the forum; it's a lot less cluttered now, and I can easily hide sections that I'm not really i...

Re: What do you want to win?
I certainly don't know if this is handled differently in the UK, but in Germany, quite a few Simpsons sites managed to get some free Simpsons merchandise items from the publishers of the German Simpsons comics and books, or some online shops that sell action figures and the like. It can't hurt if yo...
