Wouldn't glaring imply actually watching it?   Not necessairily. I can be hearing what you say, but not *listening* to it, ie, paying attention. Just like that, you can glare (stare, whatever) at the TV, but not exactly watching it and enjoying it... I guess. Point. But that then it doesn't always ...

This one was great! Again, a simple idea brilliantly executed. The whole fic was very interesting, very interesting indeed. Well, personally, I think making fun of your own country is much more fun than being patriotic to the extreme. In my opinion, that is. After all, it avoids a lot of fights...
