What are you talking about? It is Simpsons style. The man in the monocle does need a bit of tweaking, but it is the proper style.

That is *good*!

Her nose still looks a bit odd to me, but I'm evidently not an artist. Otherwise, very dramatic-looking and nicely shaded. I like the people in the background as well. Very, very good job.

This is the end;
I'm a good fighter
But a bad friend;
I've played the traitor
Over and over;
I'm a good hater
But a bad lover.

Aw, you've gotta do a version with Homer shouting "King me!" at the top of his voice... yeah I know you don't do that in Go, but I imagine he doesn't.

Ah well, final crits. The nose is improved, fer sure, but I agree with what other people have said. The playing piece looks a lot like some kind of ring instead of a Minstrel (like a giant M&M oddly enough - and that's how I think of the pieces). The guys in teh background all look familiar, like weirded out versions of characters from teh show, which I guess was your intention. Hm... the background behind them feels a bit plain, maybe. I suppose that's ok though. You want to keep everyone concentrated on the foreground action.

It's an awkward angle to do the nose at, but your one works (I myself would have 'broken' the bottom of the circle, i.e. taken away a segment of theblack outline. But your way works). The playing piece does look like a ring, but mainly because of the wya she'd holding it. Now it's coloured black, its clearer.

Yeah, i felt that too. I think my favourite is the girl on the right (the Aunt Patty lookalike). And does anyone else get a Fry-ish feeling form the guy on the right?

Thanks for the criticism! And I'm glad you like the picture! ;D

The nose, well it was a problem, but this was the best I could do. Still look ok, in my opinion. ;)

I agree that the stone looks like a ring, but I couldn't find a way to make it not look like one... :-\

The background was supposed to be plain, I wanted people to concetrate on the foreground. :)

It wasn't my intention to make "weirded out" characters from the shows, but I must agree that the kid and the guy to the right look *a lot* like Bart and Fry... ::)

Actually I got a distinct Quimby vibe from it. :)

The bored-looking lady is my favourite.

I like the pic, but I'm not sure exactly what's going on. I don't watch as much Anime as I used to.

Ehh... Lisa is evidently participating in a Go tournament. Doesn't have anything to do with animé, as far as I can tell.

I believe it's influenced by the anime "Hikaru no go" which I have never seen but apparantly has something to do with Go tournaments

Right. Still not sure what Go is. Remember, Arkansas is about five years behind the rest of the world when it comes to popular things.

Go is like a Japanese Chess.
