Luke and Sonny

Ohh, just thought I'd share.  In my Cartooning class I needed some new characters for working with in assignments, so I took two pre-existing ones (you can probably guess which) and tweaked them into entirely new and slightly-different ones.

So, Luke and Sonny.  Just a simple drawing I scanned and colored, but I'm fairly pleased.  I like 'em. :)

Trace said he didn't see himself as an icon, but wanted to be a logo. Frank settled for being a font.

Jokes aside, this looks very cool. Nice colouring, good job on clothes (and little details, like Sonny's painted toenails), and, well, looks as smart as any of your work. Nothing to complain about, really. The big hands scare me a little, but I think I could get used to them quickly.

Actually, Sonny could be a teenage Sonya.

EDIT: Yes. Yes, I did recognise them.  :)

Thanks guys!  Yeah, pen lines on paper that I scanned, tweaked and colored in Photoshop.

No major plans outside of class, but you never know what the future might hold. :)
Actually, Sonny could be a teenage Sonya.
Well, seeing as how they're tweaked teen versions of Lucy ad Sonya... :)
