STORY: The Human-Mum

Another short story, this one more low-key than most of mine. Slightly unusual. A young cat is searching for the human who's almost been a mother to her.

Very short (about one page). Any constructive criticism, no matter how big or small, will be vastly appreciated.

Contact me if you want to read it, and I'll email it to you.

This is quite cute...makes me think of Belle loping around the house. I shall have to make sure my daughter reads this. I've often wondered what a cat would say if it could speak to us in our language. In Gordon R. Dickson's "The Magnificent Wilf," the family great dane is given the power of telepathic communication, which is really funny.

Oh what a story. I like the sense of loss from
Spoiler
And finally vowing not to quit until the mother is found, oh how determinately futile...

Aww, this was sweet Chris! It felt sweet, and very true to cat-kind in the narrative.
