Well whad'ya know? Last I knew, Graham and Chris were splitsville, the website was undergoing changes and Marco was still searching for a reason to draw. Now, dear ol Graham e-mails me and after I answer him with a bunch of blah, blah, blah about things in my life, he blows me away with the news that he and Chris got hitched in June!
That's the kinda news you love to hear after not chatting for awhile. Two of the greatest folks I've ever come to know in this "cosmic" world of ours and now they're laying their heads down next to each other every night...too cool.
Congrats to the both of you and I wish you a life filled with...with...aw hell, I was gonna say "bliss", but really, a life without arguments, tantrums, money problems, etc. is B.O.R.I.N.G. You need a bunch of crap to make you appreciate all the wonderful things that brought you together in the first place. Trust me, the wife and I have been together now for 23+ years, 17 of them as husband and wife, and we value the arguments and disagreements nearly as much as all the rest. It solidifies the fact that she can still be her own self and, more importantly, I can still be exactly who I wanna be and together, we make a helluva good team. I love her more now than I ever have and dealing with "the crap" is a big part of that. So...as I was saying...I wish you both lots of bliss, sprinkled with arguments/disagreements and an occassional vacation to a tropical paradise to recharge the batteries.
Best of luck you two...you deserve it!
Dana
PS: Graham, your Dad e-mailed soon after you did and asked that I talk to you...keep the noise down, will ya?
