X Marks The Spot Yet Again

X-Men 3 teaser.

Hell. Yes.
I memorized "Holy Grail" really well
I can recite it right now and have you ROTFLOL

It won't load for me.  :(  Neither will a lot of the Quicktime trailers, come to think of it.  I don't have to update to version 7, do I?

Well, anyway, I saw a screenshot of Beast, so I'm content for the moment.

Hell yes.  HELL YES.  Beast especially.

I can't wait to see this movie, the x-men have always been one of my favorite series since it began as a cartoon.  I've seen the trailer, and it seems to me that Gean Grey will turn to the forces of magneto (as the dark phoenix). Now, the fans know what the outcome will be, but it would be a good thing to see it in a live action movie. ;)

I've heard rumors that
Spoiler
and I was wondering, as a casual movie fan (and assuming the rumor is true), if that actually happens at some point in the comic's canon, or if the writers threw it in because they had to?

I've heard that rumour too. And I've heard a lot of things about this movie - its plot, crew and cast - that make me frankly very wary of it.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. I'll probably wind up watching it simply for Kelsey as Beast.  Everything else is just gravy.

Indeed.  But then again, I like gravy!

Quoted for emphasis.  ;D

I'm not too worried about the rumors (this is probably one of those movies I'm better seeing without knowing what they changed from the comics), except for these two:

There is no Sideshow Bob reference in that comic!

Penny Arcade has no honour.

As for Officer 1BDI's latest post...
