Yeah, I just heard about that.  Though between all the drugs, madness, and then diabetes woes, at least he's at peace now...

Farewell to a legend.  He produced plenty of rock history and will be sorely missed.

40 years? He was still with Pink Floyd in 1966  ;D
I think he stopped making music in the early '70s.

Hmm... I'm curious if 'Wish You Were Here' and 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' will sound even more meaningful now.

I've been wearing Pink Floyd T's and listening to the albums for a whole week since I found out.  I feel like a total burnout.
