Oof, such a challenging choice! I shall choose the enticing and thrilling #2!
I memorized "Holy Grail" really well
I can recite it right now and have you ROTFLOL
- "Weird Al" Yankovic, "White and Nerdy"

A free meal? Surely #1 is the clear choice!

<gkscotty|drawing> you seem to have TVTRopes

Given the descriptions, I don't think Zoidberg could resist. Definitely #1.

Re: The Simpworks Choose Your Own Adventure thread!
#2 wins. Also, since nobody else volunteered I'm going to write this next bit.
(Edit: I'm an idiot and I accidentally wrote the result to be for #1, and made quite a few mistakes. It's been fixed now, though. Thanks for being patient.)
Despite thinking that a delicious and free meal was too much to resist, Zoidberg tried to hold onto the rope desperately to be hauled up. However, the goop pile decided to grow higher and higher to match, and soon he was overtaken completely.
Thus, free food time, that is if he could manage to eat faster than he could suffocate.
Munch munch munch!
Munch munch munch!
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURP!
Not a trace of the strange substance was anywhere to be seen. The rope was also gone. The Professor, followed by Hermes, exited the Planet Express building and headed towards Zoidberg who was still sucking the ground in a vain attempt to keep tasting the flavor...
"I told ya dis'd be an easier way to git rid of dat toxic waste!"
"Yes, yes Hermes, you and your wonderful cheap ideas! Say, where is Zoidberg anyway?"
Near where Zoidberg and the goop was, a manhole was opened into the sewers below.
Do the Professor and Hermes:
1 - Go down into the sewers themselves to look for Zoidberg.
2 - Send Fry, Leela and Bender down into the sewers to look for Zoidberg, as they are expendable.
3 - Go back into Planet Express, Zoidberg will probably show up later no worse for wear.

Re: The Simpworks Choose Your Own Adventure thread!
#2 sounds like the natural choice, but #1 sounds more fun.
So #1.
So #1.
It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. It’s Them that do bad things. - Jingo, Terry Pratchett

Zoidberg has impressive stomach capacity for someone who considers two meals in one week an amazing event.
I'll go with #2. Zoidberg + toxic waste + sewers + expendables = HI-LARITY!

I agree with Chris, the third option seems to be the one they'd take... as interesting as the idea of Hermes and Farnsie being the heroes is.

I'm going to go for #3, because it might be neat to have the plot go two different directions.

#3 also.

Re: The Simpworks Choose Your Own Adventure thread!
The 3s have it! As do I! I mean, the next part.
"Good news everyone!" bellowed Farnsworth as he entered into the Conference Room with Hermes. "We've finally rid ourselves of that foul stench!"
"You got rid of Zoidberg?" Bender asked with a hint of hope.
"Even better! We got rid of the toxic waste too!"
"Alright!" Bender high-fived Fry, causing him to wince in pain.
"Now that we've got that little, unimportant detail out of the way..." the professor continued as he shuffled to the round table, "I have an important delivery for you."
Leela stood to attention. "Ready for anything, Professor!"
Bender gave a dismissive wave. "Sorry folks, but this robot has other..." his eye pixels shifted side-to-side. "...dealings to attend to."
Fry hesitated. "Uh, yeah. Me too. I gotta go... be.... somewhere. Else." Leela narrowed her eye at him. "Honest!" he protested.
"If ya don't go on dis mission, don't expect ta git paid dis week. Ya all skipped three deliveries already!" Hermes shuffled his paperwork. "Dat goes for ya too, Amy."
"Aw!"
"Pfft. Fine whatever." said Bender. "Once I'm finished with today, I won't need you losers anyway!"
"Yeah, I've got big plans too." Fry said determinedly, before breaking into a big grin. "So, I'll be down at the beach if you need me!"
"Fry, you're not planning to attend the Women's Beach Volleyball tournament, are you?" Leela said sternly.
Fry gasped. "How did you know?!"
"We're sponsoring it." Leela pointed to a giant poster on the wall, showing a woman in a bikini midjump, with the words 'WOMEN'S BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT - TODAY (sponsored by Planet Express)' surrounding her.
"Well!" Farnsworth interrupted. "These all sound like potentially exciting, vaguely described adventures! I myself will be tinkering with the What If machine in ways that could be potentially fatal and exciting!" He hung his head. "It's a pity we won't be able to know what happens with all of these decisions...." Looking up, he adjusted his glasses. "Who are you?"
"Scruffy. The janitor." Said Scruffy the janitor. He was leaning against his mop, and reading a magazine that Fry would have probably liked to borrow afterwards.
"Ah, I see! Do you have any plans for this particular day?"
"Nope." He flicked a page. Farnsworth frowned.
"Fine! The rest of you, do whatever it was I told you to do!"
If you want to see:

If you want to see:
- Leela take the important delivery, choose 1!
- Bender attend to his dealings, choose 2!
- Fry go to the beach, choose 3!
- The professor and the What If machine, choose 4!
- Hermes doing his paperwork, choose 5!
- Scruffy... and whatever might happen, choose 6!

As tempted as I am to pick #5, I must go with #3. Fry is bound to get into trouble somehow.
