Spoiler A non-THOH episode about the Simpsons being taken to Kang & Kodos' homeworld, delayed by a year and a half. By all rights, this should have sucked. And yet...it was actually pretty funny.
The Disneyland satire was spot-on, the bit with the chips was a terrific example of how to call back to a classic sequence well, and Rigel 7's weirdness lent itself to a number of fun jokes. Characterization was solid, and the reveal that humanity's diet has made us inedible to other lifeforms was pretty clever.
So yeah. Surprisingly un-terrible. I want to see more of those Star Trek parody credits, too.

Spoiler It's interesting how this episode felt rather old school TOH, versus a more recent version of the same idea. The general spirit of things were kept properly light, and it worked as a regular episode almost in spite of itself. It's been a season of the weirdest crossovers imaginable, and this is no exception.
