Spoiler Very nonindicative title this time. Wiggum had the jetpack for all of two minutes. But what a two minutes they were...
The actual episode itself was pretty good, too. Apu and all the churchgoers had their moments (a rather kinky one in the Lovejoys' case), Marge and Homer were great (I loved Homer's continued interest in the nonexistent revue), and Marge's prayer/monologue at the end was almost like something out of the show's earlier years.
So, good episode, but let's be honest: Wiggum stole the show.
EDIT:
Spoiler Son of a bitch, I just realized "Sky Police" could also apply to the casino management watching everyone from the ceiling. Well played, Selman!

Spoiler So, saw this episode and well yeah, totally shoulda been a Wiggum episode...
I think the other notable bit was the Lovejoys.... appreciating the disguises. Seems Helen might swing both ways.
Also an actually funny bit with Gil, I don't really recall any other times he's gotten anything that amused me.

Spoiler The whole Wiggum part of the ep was indeed pretty weirdly pointless; also how did they manage to go through a whole ep featuring Marge and a casino and NOT reference her gambling addiction?
My favorite part was Homer's total commitment to the musical Marge swore she was directing.
