Simpson character is coming out

Sorry, if this has been posted here before. Anways, I just was reading an article on www.bbc.co.uk about a simpsons character coming out of the closet and will be revealed this Sunday or maybe later on. I think it's kind of lame of The Simpsons, but my bets are on Ned. I'd say Waylon Smithers, but isn't that too obvious?

Eh... this is really old news. Al Jean spoiled that Patty was going to come out of the closet in an episode close to a year ago now, long before all the hype even began.

I think Patty is a bisexual, not that it matters or anything. The Screen Savers just had a show on this very topic today and they said that know one knew, I guess they need to check thier facts if what you say is true.

I'ts possible Patty is the one coming out, but no one really knows which Simpsons character it will be. So far Patty and Ned are the most likely gay ones.

I repeat, Patty is the character in question. Again, Al Jean already spoiled this over a year ago to the fans via SNPP's Jonah Flynn, whom is in contact with Al and provides most of the spoilers released at the site. The only reason the media doesn't know for sure is because Al Jean never revealed it in any interviews, he just leaked the info amongst other plot spoilers through Jonah a while ago. The media who are all speculating and clamoring over it are basing it all on vague reports from later on, and very few seem to even know about the leaked info from earlier.

I really wish this stupid, stupid topic didn't keep getting posted. Do they even think we care? If these people want to shock us, they could do an episode with no ephemeral celebrity guest stars and a plot that makes sense to someone not on drugs. That sure would shock *me*.

It's probably a money-making scheme.. The betting on which character is gay will probably start soon and then they'll be there checking who has the best odds and make an ending with that character coming out, while betting a big deal of money on him/her/it(Yes,It). Just like they might have done with "Who shot Mr. Burns?"!(I think the odds were 37:1 on Maggie) It's a conspiracy!
