Like most episodes this season, it was cute...I haven't really seen any barn-burners, but it's been a good season. My wife even enjoyed this one with me. I did have to chuckle because my latest story deals extensively with that virtual reality universe with the head sets - Futurama has done some really creative things with it, beginning with "Bicyclops Built for Two" and that great video game they had. I think the parents were solid characters, and I enjoyed the fact that

Love the mention of Matrix, which I did in my Mall story. Ironic, because the Matrix and Futurama came out around the same time, and Fry would have probably seen it. I still had trouble explaining Fry's lineage to my wife, who does extensive genealogy work; I also had to explain how Fry is his own Grandfather ::chuckles::

Oh, and I also enjoyed the joke about Queens, New York - my father was raised there, and I've been there several times.
