fry and seymour
This is my first futurama drawing in a longgggggg time!
i've been watching the series a lot lately and i guess it inspired me or something
anyway, i know i haven't been on this forum in probably just as long a time
but i figured i'd post it here anyway, because every piece of groening art i've ever done i have posted on here, so why ruin that little run eh? =]
as for the picture, i know it has some perspective errors, these were mainly laziness
but i like it. i think they give it charm!

Space. It seems to go on and on forever.
But then you get to the end and a gorilla starts throwing barrels at you.

Laziness be damned, it works great. Perspective shots like this are really hard to pull off but you've done it with enough style that any mistakes don't really matter.
I'll leave it up to more competent artists to nitpick. I love it.

Re: fry and seymour
Finally, some Seymour fanart! I don't think I've even seen that before. He looks great (perhaps his mouth is a bit off), and it's a great choice of viewpoint. Fry is quite cute, too. I like the detail on the pizza (disgusting!), and the glass of soda.
Again, someone who's actually competent will have to help you with the perspective. I like it.

Re: fry and seymour
thank you for the comments
i don't think i've seen any seymour fan art before either!
But i have a real soft spot for dogs so fry and seymours relationship strikes a certain chord with me.

You caught his cuteness just right.

As another non-expert, I'm not even going to attempt to critique this. I'll just say I find this adorable.
I've seen a fair bit of it while searching for Futurama fanart on dA, but 90% of it seems to be a recreation of that scene.Skajme wrote:i don't think i've seen any seymour fan art before either!

Nice one. I am guessing the green stuff in Fry's glass is Slurm?
Extreme Itchy and Scratchy now with 29% more pointless violence than before.
