"Wings" discussion thread

Post by gkscotty » Sun Dec 15, 2002 12:22 pm

The current list is...

Empty!

The story is long so far, yeah. Don't worry, you don't need to write so much for your parts. Just write as much as you like.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. It’s Them that do bad things. - Jingo, Terry Pratchett

Just one lil' doubt. Wouldn't it be useful to set a limit of how often you can sign up for the queue? I reckon it would be annoying it it were, like:

1- Chris
2- Fernie
3- Steve
4- Fernie
5- Tony
6- Fernie
7- Stan
8- Fernie

... you get my point. ;)

You can only be on the queue once at any time.

Please note that Jenny has posted out of sequence because there was a part of what she wrote earlier that I forgot to include.
This is an exception.

... well, that was fun.

I'd now like to rejoin the list after Fiona.

Oops, mistake. I should have checked the board yesterday. No worries, though. I can write my part today.

Be ready for a severe change of style! :)

Okay, my part is there. *feel proud* I had to post it today, because tomorrow, my day's gonna be quite busy, and I fear I wouldn't have the time. I'm not trying to rush you, guys, it's just... well, whatever. ;)

You take it from 'ere, Steve.

I can't go around saying this all the time... but Fernie, this *rocks*! (And that goes for everything else I've read in the Round Robin hitherto.)

I seem to recognise a scene from one of Marco's pictures as well. Great job!

Thanks, Chris! ;)

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that that particular scene is, indeed, based on Marco's pic...

... do I need to pay royalties or something? :)

Sorry about the long infodump of a chapter.

I'm adding myself back onto the list. List is getting short again. Anyone else adding?

FRASER: The sound of a grown man squealing in a manner not becoming a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
