Wasn't able to participate last Creativity on the valid excuse that I was stuck in Frankfurt overnight due to corona-related flight cancellations (don't worry, I'm safe and sound back in the United plague-pit again), so posting mine now. I decided to write lyrics (well, English lyrics) for the Animal Crossing song Go, K.K. Rider! In fairness, I've been mentally working on these lyrics for a while now, but I haven't written anything down until now.

I haven't been able to find who composed the music, but I'm going to guess Totaka Kazumi, since he seems to do most Animal Crossing music. Lyrics by Christina Nordlander.

Anyone remember "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream" by Harlan Ellison? A heartwarming story about five friends and their computer problems. Check it out some time, especially right before bedtime.

The villain from a tabletop RPG Pat DM'd for us once at the meet.

Fun (?) fact: I originally wanted to give him a hard hat, for a "CEO hanging out on the factory floor with the common working man" vibe, but Wikipedia told me that modern hard hats weren't commercialised until a few years after the game was supposed to be set, so I gave him more era-appropriate plebeian headgear. Definitely couldn't stop myself from giving him anachronistically long hair, though.

A quickie this week. Played the game Hades a ton since New Year's, and had an idea that summed up the gist of things.

I use Copic markers but Copic doesn't make any kind of container for their refill cartridges. So I told myself, "Self, yes you can." So I did.

Originally I started making these widgets a couple of years ago.

I think I said most of what I had to say in chat. It's a good work with the pose and the anatomy, keeping in mind that "boring" poses aren't necessarily easier, so there's that. Someone noted that his right leg is a little thicker than the leg, and I think his feet (especially the right) should be more pointed forwards. On the other hand, you did a pretty good job with his left hand! Hands are always tricky to get right, even when they're not "doing" anything.
