So...do any of y'all have a video editing program? Which have you used? Which do you prefer? What's most cost-effective?
I'm trying to get back into making videos and I'm not in school anymore, so I have to buy something, I guess. Thanks in advance!

Re: Video Editing Software
It is severely outdated and primitive, but when I was making the Catherine LP I was using Virtualdub and AVIsynth.
Pros: Free, really fast to do edits
Cons: Complex, no special effects or anything at all.
So you can't really consider this a recommendation
Beyond that, I got nothin'! Last time I video edited before that was an avid in university and I don't think you or I can afford that

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. It’s Them that do bad things. - Jingo, Terry Pratchett
