One thing that makes me happy about the internet is how I can end up getting introduced to artworks I have never heard of before. I think this should happen to everyone! So here's a thread for recommending classical (and modern) paintings, etc., that you find enjoyable or interesting.
The Uprising of the Sausages and Hot Dogs, by Sergey Tyukanov. (I didn't hotlink this one, because it really requires zooming in to see all the details.)
Tyukanov is a modern artist who has done a lot of surreal work. He seems to have a fondness for hellscape battles like Brueghel's "The Triumph of Death": in this case, a battle between humans and sausages. My favourite part: the human and sausage who have made peace and are sitting carousing on the building in the centre.
If you liked that one, you might enjoy his Time as well.
