That looks like a tricky pose to do, and other than his back looking awkward, it's quite convincing. And despite being small, his hands are quite well done!

So, here's a 100% totally legit pic of me and my waifu. https://www.dropbox.com/s/b1729g2anqq4f ... l.jpg?dl=0

Thanks for your kind words!

Pinkie looks great in your pic. Very pretty, and her expression (and yours) are hilarious.

Very nice work as always, May. Sherri and Terri if they were fraternal twins is a fun idea and well executed, and cleric Janey is very on-model and cute. Nice mace, too.

So my current, vastly oversized project is an age chart for Stretch Dude, Clobber Girl, and Bouncing Battle Baby (name will change with age), inspired by a future-set Bartman miniseries Bongo published last year. I've finally finished the first stage, which is them at their present ages. Enjoy.

Worth the wait! Very on-model, and love Bart making bunny ears behind Lisa's head.

In terms of con-crit, Maggie's hair is a little bit big (her hair is evil, I know), and also, she herself seems a bit big compared to her siblings (though that might be because she's actually standing up). Other than that, this could be some art straight from the comic.

Remember when I was a writer? Not even Pepperidge Farm remembers that any more.

Lots of things that don't get any explanation, just some random creepy imagery. Came out pretty well, though. Just barely edited.

That's interesting and quite chilling, Chris. I enjoyed it! Could use some of the phrasing fixed, it seems like a ittle bit of an awkward translation, but you said yourself it's not been edited and it was done in time so it's all good. :)

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. It’s Them that do bad things. - Jingo, Terry Pratchett

Meant to post this morning but couldn't connect for some reason. Ah well.

Basically started listening to some thing that started making me think of rpgs and some idea for some OFF fantasy setting. I guess in this case, the main lot would be be some sort of starter class, the villager, that can basically do anything but can't do anything well so the idea would be to find their niche before taking a proper class or something.
So her's a villager Terri. *shrug*

I really enjoyed the short story, Chris, very vivid and tense. And for one, I think the lack of editing makes it even more lively, and the "odd" phrasings make it sound like poetry. I wish I could write like this on purpose, sometimes.

Nice work with villager Terry, May! Her outfit and expression look really nice.

I forgot to post this earlier this week, but since some folks asked for it, here it is. This is the full lyrics for one of the songs I wrote for my solo set and performed on stream last Sunday. It's called The Best Song in the World.

Don't think we're going to make this evening's creativity hour - guests round so cooking, etc etc. Will endeavour to be there next week.

@May: villager Terri looks good. Her pose is a little odd, but not enough to bother me. And that sounds like a really good way to do an occupation system in an RPG (Oblivion seemed to have similar ideas, but yours sounds more interesting and thought-out).

@Fernie: your song made me laugh and has some memorable lines ("her face as dirty as my feet" stands out). It takes a fairly old idea (the poor man on the street who got ripped off by famous people) and puts some fresh spins on it. The last verse is a true punchline; I had an idea it was coming, but it was still excellent and made me see the rest of the story in a different light.

Decided to post an improved version of the Zapp recruitment poster pic. Probably won't finish it (I realised I switched line thickness mid-inking, for one thing), but at least I improved his hand.
