Second half of my story started! In which a new day of opportunity begins, which Meteorite almost immediately regrets.

So, on the next two weekends, I won't be around to join our usual chat activities. I'll still be around the forum and able to play the RPG, but I can't guarantee I'll be creating. I'll try, though!

Not remotely finished, but started making a sprite of Patrick Bateman from American Psycho.

@May: Feels like I didn't give this proper attention in chat, so I'll just say that this is no expressions meme, this is art! Really good even by your standards, with great shading and a wide spectrum of colouring. So much to like (and some to make us sad). Evil-looking Cecil (great use of shadows on that one) and older Maggie are some of my favourites, also nice seeing Allison and Laura together. But it's all great.

I love the Bateman sprite and want to see it finished, Chris. A great start, for sure.
Those drawings are top notch, May, very stylish and diverse, and the way you combined them makes for a really pleasant pic to look at. It's a lot more than just a bunch of loose drawings.

Thanks, Fernie! I'll definitely have fun finishing it (though I don't think I'll be making any dance moves this time).

A young Herr Trigger/Heinrich Triggermensch from Venture Brothers.

Not his first kill, but the first that made him feel eerily good.

EDIT: Cleaned up a bit.

That's very fine! Bart's head is a bit big, but that might be a perspective thing. Other than that, great bodies, expressions, and show-worthy colouring.

Hm, might be, or maybe it's just that the feet are a bit small? The rest of him seems 2-heads+feet but then his feet are usually pretty big.

I may be way out, actually. I don't really understand Groening body proportions. They're... weird.

Pft probably doesn't hurt that I've been really bad at following them til lately.

... I've been doing a new trick lately to help with digital art. Switching to a black cursor so I'm less likely to lose track of it while drawing. :P
