Wily's attempting to improve on Gemini Man, I take it. (Seriously, the design does remind me of the Roboticized Masters from the first Sonic/Mega Man comic crossover, and that ain't a bad thing.)

Hipster Terri: she looks like her mum with glasses! Looks good, and I dig the soft colouring.
Bart: ooh, dramatic! The barely-visible coffin is a great touch, and you've managed to draw a character crying without making it melodramatic, which is something a lot of good artists fail at. Great background and colouring. On the downside, his body looks a little bit odd (his upper body seems a bit thin above his belly, and his right leg looks thicker than it should be). His right foot looks weird, but those shoes Simpsons characters tend to wear are oddly shaped in general. Anyway, just minor complaints about a good picture.
Ham: Ham! Sherri(?) is really on model and well drawn, and the ham looks delicious. Nothing to criticise here.
Robot: *LOL* @ the title. I think you can definitely draw robots. The metal hair is a bit of a weird idea, but then again, her creator might be eccentric.
The lineart is great as usual, and I love the black eyes, very creepy. You have a really nifty metallic shading too, very subtle.
So yeah, keep it up!
(Me, I was reminded of some art Graham drew way back in the day of Lisa as a cyborg. No big resemblances, just what came to mind.)

Oh, I think with the hair thing is they're more like decorative covers, for things like usb ports or thrusters or something (in the last case, likely lifting before they activate or something)
Yeah, SImpson bodies are so weird, especially Bart and Homer where they have thin upper torsos.
Annnnd kittycat! With a Milmouse... or a Hilmouse. She's loosly based on a Siamese kitten... since "siamese" was what they used to call conjoined twins and all!

Cute twinkitty! They are Siamese, if you please. Or if you don't please.

Just imagined Homer catching her saying that and being like:
HOMER: "Hehe... Baby swearing..." *realizes what's wrong* "GAH!"

HOMER: All right, all right... Don't panic, Homer, you can still salvage this. Maggie, can you say "Daddy"?
MAGGIE: FUCK HOMER!
HOMER:
BOY!!!

I wish I could actually see those scenes in the show. Sad world in which The Simpsons isn't rated R.

And sons of the soil used to be called hillbillies, but... wait.
Cute Macklekitty. I like the darker points, and looking at it closely I notice quite a few subtle references to the twins (the bow, the piggy nose). Hilmouse (love it!) looks great, very cute and recognisable.
Maggietalks: ... so that's why she never gets any lines in the future episodes. *LOL* @ picture (and previous comments). The upside-down speech balloon is hilarious for some reason.

I'm so happy you posted this here, because I liked it a lot in chat and it feels like I never got around to comment on it properly. So now I've had a good look, and it's really exhaustive. Like one of those posters, only in sprite format. The sprite style looks great to my eyes, and everyone is recognisable, which isn't an easy feat with such a limited format. The Earthbound sprite style seems to work better with some characters than others (Bart and Lisa look a bit odd because their lack of defined hair makes their heads pretty big compared to their eyes), but that's hardly your fault, and like I said, I think everyone looks good.
Very nice work. Spriting is fun!

I think that's always a thing with the main characters when put into sprite form, pretty much everyone else goes pretty well in other styles but them!

That is amazing!
...If somewhat implicitly unhygenic.
