No, the title isn't a typo. A short one-shot, set during Season 2. Dr. Girlfriend has left the Monarch and gone back to live with her old beau, but some evenings it is very hard to remember why she did.

Written as a Christmas present for Missy.

Note: I used the characters' given names in this, since it seemed more natural. Just in case you need a reminder:

Hamilton=Phantom Limb

Ugh, I am such a fool for Sheila POV fics, and this one scratches that itch beautifully; I feel so bad for her - it's kind of a relief that she ends up figuring out who she is in the end, and who she belongs with, and DOES become her own woman. This was a solid, smart trip through her mental state at the time, and I really love what you chose to do.
