Update! The Leela's look better now, practically redrew the one on the left, and changed the angle of the one on the right. Just need to fix the rest of the crew. I kind of like how they're framed by the boots, though.

Oh, I think that's great! The poses are both structurally attractive and dynamic-looking, and I like all the characters.
If I have one nitpick, it's that Fry's head is a bit big. (Insert obligatory reference to the Bobble-Head Universe here. )

Yay, it's finished! The real Leela (R) and her robot duplicate (L) both get aerial as they fight over which one of them gets Fry.
Thanks to Assistant Crone for some tips on dynamicism (is that a word?).

Dynamic is good, yes? Since Beb is now apparently our resident art expert I'll just limit myself to saying that you always do such very rich colour and that the pose is excellent. It's lovely.
Our choicest plans have fallen through, our airiest castles tumbled over, because of lines we neatly drew and later neatly stumbled over.

This took a little longer than I intended, but it's here! My take on Kaspired's picture elements. I chose to get the graphite out again, and it turned out okay, not spectacular, but okay. Only a small amount of digital correction, where I unintentionally made Leela look like a raccoon. And of course, the scanner ate the subtle grey tones, the original looks better.

Pretty cool! I like it. Lots of mystery involved, the vague figures and trees. It fills in more of a story behind it. The snow tracks are a nice touch.
Scanners are fickle, aren't they? That's why my pencil sketches are typically kinda dark. If it's darker more of the pencil tones aren't washed out.
Glad you were willing to have a shot at this.

This is good!
Leela doesn't look like a racoon at all: she looks lovely, and very on-model. Great character drawing with a sense of movement to it, and I love the wall. The only (very minor) complaint I have is that the tree branches are very short. But hey, it's just background. I can almost smell the snow. Good work.

Archonix, would my latest pic on PEEL be okay for here? Just checkin'...
Edit: Oh, new picture options. Well, then...
It's already been pointed out that Fry's shoulders might be a bit thin, so I know about that.

Some new art, not strictly mine, but it is hanging on my wall now.
It sat around for ages, and I finally found the local picture framers and had them do it properly. Nice and secure, behind UV-blocking glass. It is the original, after all.

Boy, Mike's work sure does get around. I can vouch for the fact that his art does look really good on the wall. If you ever want to an an original Fitzpatrick to that wall, just let me know. Looks great!
