So I'm new to the Creativity Hour, but here's something I started there and finished today.
A bit of backstory: my goal is to ultimately work in food media. That's the whole reason behind going to the Culinary Institute. I want to see if I can parlay that into something food related for TV. Maybe not as the star of my own cooking show, but..I dunno...SOMETHING.
As such, I set a goal that I would have something done before the end of the semester (which is the 2nd week of September). And here's the script I'm gonna go with.
Thoughts and suggestions are, as always, appreciated.

Bearing in mind that I have no experience whatsoever making (or critiquing) videos:

I like it, and will enjoy watching the video when it's done. You have some smileworthy moments, but aren't trying to force comedy into this, which is good, given that the cooking is the main event. And the actual cooking instructions sound very clear and comprehensible, especially considering that they're going to be accompanied with visuals.

In short, looks good to me! I may very well try to make this myself, if it turns out good.

Thanks, Chris!

I went shopping for ingredients yesterday and the goal is to shoot the thing next weekend. :D

I forgot to post this earlier: I recorded one of my songs just after last Creativity Hour, so I guess it kinda qualifies. So here's Honeybee.

I really enjoyed the script, Terry, and I look forwards to watching the video! I like the way you combine the instructions with the story of the recipe and the things about your family. I think it's gonna be great! :)

Posted earlier via YouTube, but it's really friggin' good, Fernie. Almost hauntingly good. Well done!

Just letting you know that I won't be in for creativity today, unfortunately. I do look forward to seeing what you guys will do!

New instalment of "Earth Guys Are Sleazy".

Last time: Fry was less than happy to find that Cyrus had claimed him as a re'flagh or partner (even though Cyrus meant it as a purely platonic arrangement to ensure that no-one else tries anything with Fry). They had a fight, and now Fry has snuck out to the village market, determined to make up.

@Fernie: I finally got around to listening to "Honeybee", and it's very good! The melody is soothing and enjoyable, and the lyrics made me quite emotional. Uplifting, but a bit melancholy as well. Might be the one of your songs I've enjoyed most so far.

I really wish I could give a more substantial review, but rest assured that I enjoyed it a lot.

Thank you, Chris! I believe you caught the essence of the song quite well. (I do believe it's the best song of this latest batch, even though Pinkie Pwaifu is more popular and I love it as well)

I really like where the fic is headed, Chris. This latest part misses the sense of development of the others because of the length, but it carries on very well. Fry is excellent in this.

So this one may require some explanation... I found out there's an old musical from the 1950s called "The 5,000 fingers of Dr. T", where the hero is a young boy named Bart and his nemesis is an evil but cultured megalomaniac named Dr. Terwilliker. Ripe for parody, isn't it?

So I drew Bob wearing (some of) the pimped-out garments Dr. T sings about wearing in the song Do-Me-Do Duds.

Dress me in my silver garters, dress me in my diamond studs
Cause I'm going doe-me-doe-ing in my doe-me-doe duds!
I want my undulating undies with the maribou frills!
I want my beautiful bolero with the porcupine quills!
I want my purple nylon girdle with the orange blossom buds
Cause I'm going doe-me-doe-ing in my doe-me-doe duds!

Just aheads up, I am not going to be around for creativity hour this week, so you will have to regulate the time yourselves.

Those of you in need of a prompt are to draw what I would draw were I there!
