A picture of Milhouse from my THOH fic The Lisa Simpsons. He writes poems about a Dark Angel that haunts his life and corrupts his emotions. This is unrelated to why he is still a bachelor at twenty-five.

One of the few times I've felt sorry for a fictional character I've written, and it's an AU 19th century Milhouse.

EDIT: Reuploaded with some clean-up.

Ah, is this the first time I've seen you drawing a scene? Nice. I think proportions could use some work, his legs seem too short for a start, but it's excellent progress.

Excellent Mihouse nose.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. It’s Them that do bad things. - Jingo, Terry Pratchett

You're totally right about his proportions. I rather winged it drawing his pose (I used a reference for his face). Will think about that in the future.

Thank you for your kind words!

Dang, I forgot to comment earlier, but that pic is very well done, Chris. His pose and expression are well executed, despite the proportion issues. I do like it a lot.

Thank you so much!

I'm happy with the way it came out. Milhouse was what I enjoyed most about writing that fic; I was unsure about the story at first, but the moment I figured out Milhouse's part, I knew I would have to write it.

An illustration for my Venture Brothers fic Raven Must Die. Hidden for spoilers (though not massive ones). Click the image for a full view.

EDIT: Reuploaded to make Raven's mum's leg look a bit better.

EDIT EDIT: In case people are confused, the girl in the robes is Triana, the older woman is supposed to be the mother of her boyfriend Raven (note that she's never been seen on the show).

This is very good, May! The dress is simple but very stylish, and her hair and face are great, too.

A heads-up: due to connection-related troubles, I may or may not be able to be in chat tonight. I'll still try to get something done for creativity, though!

Decided to draw another of my Warhammer 40k chapter members, Sister Monitrix.

Backstory: She likes killing heretics and filthy aliens, who are by their nature also heretics.
Bio: When you love your work, you'll never work a day in your life.

Con-crit welcome as always (I know about the sketchy missile launcher and armour).

Both great work. I like Monitrix's shades, and the pony fic is very timely and funny.

Thanks, Steve!

@Alex: good story for such a short timeframe. The excerpt has some brilliantly bad writing, and the ending punchline is very funny.
