Re: Creativity Hour works thread
Well, this might be going out of control, but I wrote another short story about Dainty Tunes. This one is more in the emotional/sentimental side, though: Cupcake Therapy.

I think we've all been forgetting to stick stuff here. Based off a prompt by Stretch after showing me a compilation of babies being confused by their parent's twin.

IT. IS. DONE.
This...should not have taken over a year to make, but there you go.

That's a definite hooray! Happy to see it finished. They look exactly on-model, the design changes are subtle and interesting, and Maggie's "evolution" Is very imaginative. Great work, Stretch!

Wonderful to see this get finished! Fav is definitely 'Brickochet', and do like that Maggie is the only one who feels the need to change her name. Excellent work.
...so, whatcha drawing next week?

A goofy doodle inspired by the Invader Zim revival movie, that's what.

More doodling of Maggie and some kindred spirits. The other two are Polly from "Amphibia" and Adorabat from "Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart." Both are great shows and should be watched.

Totally worth the extra time. Everything about it is just fantastic.

I love it to bits. It's one of the best colouring jobs I recall seeing from you. I can feel the pillowy softness of the cloud from his pose and the smoothness of the lines. The use of colours is spot on.

Re: Creativity Hour works thread
Funny, I just read a couple of minutes ago about the news. That's an awesome response, May!
I guess I could've told about it beforehand, but I was doing a sorta "creativity hour" with my middle niece this Sunday. She was eager to sing a couple of songs she likes, and maybe do some "home recordings", and asked if I could play along with her. We spent quite a lot of time playing music, it was a lot of fun, and I think I may have sparked the urge in her to keep going after music and finding her own ways to express herself. All in all, very productive, creative time.
(and, as a secondary consequence of this, I found out I kinda like Bruno Mars...)
