Where do I go with this?
Where do I go with this?
So, I'm scribbling away when I come up with this:
http://www.simpworks.com/temp/leela.pose.1.png
I have no idea what's she's holding. (Don't worry, she'll get herself clothed up properly soon, I was just making sure I had the shape right - and apparently I don't, exactly, but that can be fixed. ). Does anyone have any suggestions for what she could be doing?

Sheesh, now that's intriguing! Yeah, I guess Leela's shape is not 100% correct, but knowing your skills, that won't be much of a problem. I really have a good guess for what she could be doing... perhaps she has found the Staff of Hypocrisy?

I already mentioned the short/small torso in chat, but nifty sketch!
Pole-vaulting, gymnastics, fishing, rope-climbing, spear-tossing...it could go anywhere.

It's a mop, she's washing under the ship. ;-)
It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone’s fault. If it was Us, what did that make Me? After all, I’m one of Us. I must be. I’ve certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We’re always one of Us. Re:Where do I go with this?
Neat! Well, what everyone said about the shape, but I find the upper body and the face next to perfect. In my uninformed opinion, her hips are a bit overdeveloped and her waist is too narrow. (A bit like she's been wearing a corset for too long.)
I immediately thought "spear" when I saw it. Just my two cents.
*LOL* @ Fernando. (However, I know for a fact that she hasn't got the Staff of Hypocrisy, because a moment ago I was fuming over seeing a nude picture of Leela somewhere. Do they expect us just to swallow that?) Anyway, nifty sketch Graham!

Re:Where do I go with this?
Dunno what she's doing - the pose of the upper body combinde with the fact she's kneeling makes it awkward. The best I can come up with is;
Doing chin-ups (if you changed her right hand).
Fighting someone with some improbable, vaguely oriental, stick based weapon (basically chris's spear).
Driving a gondola.
Staff of hypocracy isn't bad - examining some sort of alien relic?
Waiting her turn while she plays pool (or the 31 Century equivalent).
Checking the dark matter level on the Planet Express ship's really long dark matter dipstick.
Holding a rope, which leads over some sort of pully and has Zoidberg dangling form the end (I'm not sure in what capacity - some sort of flea dip or annual bath?)
Examining a rather large dent in the pole while Zapp sits on the floor with stars and birds circling the lump on his head.
Most of which would require her to be standing/extra characters/other awkwardness. Ho hum...

Maybe it's just me, but I just noticed that her legs don't seem to be the same length... (knee to angle)

Hm, that's true, the fore-shortening is a bit awkward there.

Well in that case, it's one problem too many. I think I'll just leave it be for now.

Ooh!
Hmmm...while I do prefer the ol' ponytail, the short hair looks quite nice there. Military uniform, eh?
