Sounds to me like you need to run a manual impact stress routine on it.

At first look this question seemed pretty harmless...then I started looking at myself...just turned thirty nine..bald as a golfball...3 kids....a wife named Marge...Whewww, thank God no Bart! I'd fell a little mental about all these things had they not been in place prior to OFF hitting the airwaves...well, at least one of the kids were on board.

Most obvious change in my life is that when I'm in an uncomfortable enviroment, I can always picture Homer saying
"No attitude, eh? Well you can CRAM it  with walnuts, UGLY!"

That always releaves any pressure at any occasion. That and my favorite line from any simpsons ep ever...AAAAHHH!!! MY COOKIE!!!! (from Bart's dog get an F)
