Stumbled onto this at The Onion.  Sounds like their best idea for the series yet.

*LOL*  :D

Indeed. All pointless Disney direct-to-video sequels from now on should do the same too.

I used to watch the original almost religiously every time we visited my cousins, back in the day when I was a wee nipper. Then I realised how sad itwas and stopped watching... you can imagine my surprised when I found out they'd made 10 more of them. Imean, it's not like it's a story with a lot of staying power, is it?

Ahh, memories.

...I don't think I even saw the second one, let alone all the rest...

How ironic that Bluth has gone the way of Disney, and perhaps even worse, despite him leaving the place to 'revitalize' the animation industry.

Reminds me of that ET game that was buried somewhere in New Mexico.
Before continuing, it may be in your best interest, dear reader, to stop and ponder this. Picture it in your mind's eye. An evil one-eyed midget named Cheatum swam across the Gulf of Mexico wearing a shark fin on his back and then planted a bomb on a boat. Think about that. Let that sink in. Now. Wouldn't you want to buy a wrestling show after seeing this?

You mean it *wasn't* an animated series already?  Hell, all you have to do is take the direct-to-video movies, chop them up into 22 minute bits, and you've got a series that'll run for 10 years!  gaaahhhhh....

No!  Nonononono, that was one of my favorite movies when I was little, and they're bastardizing it even further than they did over the past decade.  Why, CN, why!?

I could be mistaken, but wasn't there already a TV show based on this? Or am I confusing that with another cartoon involving dinosaurs?

Either way, I'm not very fond of that idea, either. They should have quit while they were ahead, that is, after the first one.

You probably are confusing it with another cartoon.
