Photoshop question

Post by Stretch_Dude » Sun Jun 18, 2006 2:30 am

How do I shrink a 10"x15" piece of art so that I can post it online as a JPEG and it won't look ridiculously huge?

I'm using the CS2 version, if that matters.

in the top menu bar, select 'Image' then scroll down to 'Image size' it will tell you what the size it is now and you can either manually enter new dimensions or click 'Auto'  it will then ask what resolution you want.  Make sure it's being measured by inches/inches...then I usually put 60-40 in the 'Screen' box.  Hope that helps.
