This is, in fact, the best cake I have ever seen.

Gaze upon it and awed that someone went to all the trouble of making this so well. I am intrigued by this cake and wish to subscribe its newsletter.

It also doubles as an excellent belated birthday cake for a certain someone. Happy belated birthday, Sheana!

that is incredible.
Hey you, out there in the cold,
Getting lonely, getting old,
Can you hear me?
Hey you, standing in the aisles,
With itching feet and fading smiles,
Can you feel me?
Hey You! Don\'t help them to bury the light.
Don\'t give in without a fight.

Great space heavens!  That cake is too freaking awesome to eat.  Whoa, talk about effort.

That must've been one nerdy wedding.  ;D

I remember having, very fleetingly, a life-long dream about making a Discworld pizza. This cake has broken my heart. Also, quite apart from the idea, it's so beautifully made!

Wow, now that woman loves her daughter!  I've never read any books in the series, and that is still one of the best cakes ever.
Homer eats a little too much Chile to strong pepper and is found with hullicinations amongst other things it speaks with a dog.

Man!  That is incredible!  The level of detail is just outstanding and the colours...the colours!  The Great A'Tuin looks so realistic and check out the colouring of the continents - there's even snow on the mountains!  I don't think I've ever been this enthusiastic about a cake...and I like cake...
There was a fantastic universal sense that whatever we were doing was right, that we were winning....
And that, I think, was the handle - that sense of inevitable victory over the forces of Old and Evil. Not in any mean or military sense; we didn't need that. Our energy would simply prevail. There was no point in fighting - on our side or theirs. We had all the momentum; we were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave....
So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look West, and with the right kind of eyes you can almost see the high-water mark - that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back.
