Insert 'pear' pun here

Post by AssistantCrone » Thu Jan 11, 2007 6:30 pm

The pear belongs to Mother Terrapin, and Mother Terrapin belongs to Ursula Vernon. I think it stops there. A full explanation of what I'm on about is below.

It *may* look like just an innocent pear, but I think she's ripped the wings off a Pearaph (possibly a fallen Pearaph, it looks a bit bruised, like it's been lying around on the orchard floor).

Um. Eh. I still love the earth colours. This makes a great avatar.

I love all of your Pear-themed avis, Beb.  They're really quite inventive and lovely!

*hi-fives Beb in appreciation of good punning, anyway*

I could say they're very "appeeling", but I'll save that for your winged apple avitars  :)

.... again. Ursula Vernon's pictures usually contain spiffy details that are perfect for icons. So, yoink.

... I want to go to Gearworld. It seems so quaint and depressing.

Cool, those things would make a really good KDE icon theme...

This goodly yet somewhat macabre icon of Mr. Crow hails from thence, or something:

... and is not drawn by Ursula Vernon. Ye gods!

You change your avatars as often as people change their socks!
