Super jealous of those sorta-minimalistic details. You know how to make things more textured without breaking the style too much and I dunno how you manage that but you do.

Tiled Corridoor like I said reminds me of those really old-school first person adventure games so I like that one best. Middle's pretty cool too, very abstract

Thank you, both!

@Graham: just Graham making us jealous, what else is new. ;D Awesome action pose and beautiful Leela.

@May: I can totally see the old first-person adventure game vibes in the first picture. Probably because I've spent so much time staring at screens like that. Neither of the main characters in the story get any physical description, whereas the setting is quite a clear image (at least in my mind), so it made sense that it should be the subject of the picture.

One of May's sketches from a while back gave me the idea to make Francine into a Stretch Dude & Clobber Girl villain, with an obvious Sabretooth influence thanks to her hunting nerds by scent. My idea is that Lisa still gives off poindextrose even as Clobber Girl, and her confusion at someone with obvious physical prowess smelling like a nerd drives Francine into a state of feral bully madness. For her costume, I combined the purple of her bow (which also shaped her eyemask, though it covers her freckles) with a Sabretooth-esque orangey-brown, which A) accidentally ended resembling PB&J, and B) kinda reminds me of Batroc the Leaper, also accidentally. Still haven't come up with a good name for her, though.

As a bonus, I've also included a sketch of my original idea, which obviously borrowed from Kraven the Hunter. Nixed this one because the face-vest would've likely needed to be yellow, which clearly wouldn't work well with a Simpsons character.

Very cool stuff, Stretch, with an awesome angle. Lisa looks great. Francine's body may be a little off in the leg area, but that pose is so difficult, I'm amazed you pulled it off.

Scratchy as hell, but I attempted to draw one of my Destroying Angels space marines if she were a Darkest Dungeon party member. May do more with this concept.

EDIT: made an attempt to fix an issue that Steve pointed out.

Yeah, I think the legs gave me the most trouble (and they might still be kinda short).

Not finished yet, but I started cleaning up a drawing from a while back. Sidero Pulverositas, Crusader of the Imperial Inquisition. Con-crit welcome as usual.

EDIT: Cleaned up more and made her arms a bit less gorilla-length.

EDIT EDIT: Better version downpage.

Dang, hope you'll get better soon. And thank you for posting good art! Very impressive and well-coloured. I particularly like the twin's kimono and pose, and Helen just looks cool.

Tried to see if I could draw individual-looking faces without any distinguishing details (different hairstyles, colouring etc.). Con-crit always welcome.

That's a really good thing to practice, Chris! Human faces are super complex, and, when the drawing style allows diversity and a level of details, it's super cool to be able to develop unique looking faces.

I suppose your attempt at focusing on those details is what made some of the lines a bit too exaggerated, such as the indentation at the height of their eyes (no idea if that has a proper name). The first face is a bit wonky because of the curves on the left side. The middle one is more convincing, and you were successful in making that elongated kind of face look natural and not exaggerated. The third one, save for that exaggerated cheek, looks very good. Her facial features in particular are very nicely done. That's a super cool exercise, Chris, and it's a shame I missed that yesterday.

Thank you so much for your thorough critique. Stretch said in chat that their left (our right) eyes should probably be right at the edge of the faces, and I think that's the big problem with it.

Your criticisms are a lot of help, I will definitely take them into account for the next time!
